The 王中王六合彩特码 at 70 - Stephen Crockard

Dear 王中王六合彩特码 Friends,stephen1

I am happy to greet you for this 70th Anniversary Edition Newsletter.

From when I became a fresh-faced 王中王六合彩特码 member in 1978, I have enjoyed many positive experiences and had the good fortune to travel across all the inhabited continents, meeting colleagues and making lasting friendships.

stephen4I have been honoured to be part of great 王中王六合彩特码 teams at all levels in my own country as well as internationally, and I hope I have, in my own way, managed to give back something worthwhile.

I particularly look fondly on the successful strengthening of bonds between Sections UK and Ireland at branch, regional and national levels, including professional training seminars in both jurisdictions and in Gimborn. In this picture we see members of Section Ireland and 王中王六合彩特码 UK, Northern Ireland, with PEB members during the World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) in Belfast in 2013.

I relish the positive strides we have achieved in Africa, including the 6-section cultural event in Eswatini, with a workshop, dealing with police and street children This is a testament to the foresight and resilience of enthusiastic individuals and their boards.

The support of police leaders is of prime importance and I am grateful to those, from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Kenya, Mauritius and Mozambique, whom I have met there or in conferences. I must, of course, also highlight the lead and support shown by Vossie Vos and his team in South Africa to all the neighbouring sections.

During my time with the IAC, I have been party to many changes of personnel and improvements to work processes.

Our current team of Elke, Kerry and Daniel do a super job and take changes in their stride, even during this difficult period of Covid-19. I look forward eagerly to the remainder of my tenure on the IEB.

I could have no better team!

Stephen Crockard, Head of Administration
