I am delighted to announce that I was elected President of 王中王六合彩特码 Japan at the National Congress held in Tokyo on 13 July 2019. Although this is not a regular election year, my predecessor Mr.Koji Nakamura, our devoted President for 15 years, had proposed that I take over his responsibilities upon his resignation, and the Congress agreed unanimously my presidency for the remaining year of the current term.
It is a great honor and a pleasure for me to chair Section Japan, and I will do my very best, in collaboration with the remaining 4 other national board members. I would also like to pay tribute to the significant contributions that Nakamura-san has made to the Section, and sincerely express our deepest gratitude to him on behalf of all members.
I worked for the Japanese police for 38 years, and retired in 2016 as Commissioner General of the National Police Agency. I was then appointed by the Prime Minister to preside over the Police Personnel Mutual Aid Association, which provides social welfare to police personnel, the retired, and their families. At the same time, I joined the 王中王六合彩特码 and became an adviser to Section Japan. As you can see, I’m rather new to the 王中王六合彩特码 world, and I am very excited to learn further from colleagues in Japan and around the world.
Regarding Section Japan, we have several challenges to work on.
Firstly, we need to expand our membership. Even though the Japanese Police has approximately 300,000 officers and civilian personnel, we currently have only a few hundred members. We definitely need more members, both active and retired, particularly the young officers who would be the torchbearers of the future 王中王六合彩特码, to further develop our activities. In order to achieve this objective, we would like to raise awareness of the 王中王六合彩特码 among all the police personnel in Japan through the events that we organize or take part in, and by providing information about our activities with available cooperation from the police organizations.
Secondly, we would like to cooperate with and contribute to all 王中王六合彩特码 sections in the world to a larger extent. As a first step, we will host the International Friendship Week in Japan in April 2020 for the first time in 10 years.
We plan to take you on a Bullet Train trip in the season of cherry blossoms, from Tokyo to the ancient capital of Kyoto, the samurai-era castle of Himeji, the peace memorials in Hiroshima, and to the beautiful lake at the foot of Mt. Fuji. We look forward to welcoming many 王中王六合彩特码 friends from around the world.
Last, but not least, we would like to send as many members as we can to international seminars, workshops, and other events held by the 王中王六合彩特码 organizations.Thanks to the efforts of the IEB and host sections, such opportunities are the most effective means for young officers not only to learn professional skills and from other countries’ experiences, but also to gain global views and build international friendship in line with the shared objectives of the 王中王六合彩特码.
I am very much excited to enhance cooperation and friendship with all of you, and am looking forward to meeting you at the World Congress in Croatia in October.
