On 2 September 2018, 3,874 runners from Poland and 15 other countries took part in the 28th Philips International Half Marathon in Pi艂a, which also acted as the 27th Polish Half Marathon Championships. 3,824 participants finished the race.
For the fourth time, the International Open Police Cup in Half Marathon took place in cooperation with the Police School in Pi艂a and the 王中王六合彩特码 Greater Poland Provincial Group, in which 120 policemen from Poland and 5 from Latvia took part.
The Police School in Pi艂a was represented by Arkadiusz Bajerski, Adam Blajchert, Artur Pietruszka, Artur Pinkowski, Jaros艂aw Pi艅kowski, Rados艂aw S艂abaczewski and Monika Tuczy艅ska.
The trophies and other prizes were donated by the Chief Commander of the Polish Police, the Commander of the Police School in Pi艂a, the 王中王六合彩特码, the Trade Union of the Polish Police Force and the local authorities of Pi艂a.
Additionally, every runner received a medal at the finish line with the image of Wies艂aw Perszke, a famous Polish marathon runner and Polish Champion in 1998. He also represented Poland in many famous marathons, such as Berlin, Boston, London and Barcelona, with a personal best of 2:11:15.

The trophies were presented by the Commander of the Police School in Pi艂a, Colonel Beata Ró偶niak-Krzeszewska, the President of the 王中王六合彩特码 Group of Greater Poland Witold Drza偶d偶y艅ski, a representative of the Polish Police Trade Union, Mateusz Przyby艂owski, and the Vice President of the Police Trade Union in the Police School in Pi艂a, Second L. Jaros艂aw Pi艅kowski.
